FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Franklin Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a hearing on February 18, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at the Camp Orchard Hill Lakeview Terrace, located at 640 Orange Road, Dallas, PA 18612. The purpose of the hearing is to review a request by Lee Alison Clark and David L. Carpenter, 674 Culver Hill Road, West Pittston PA 18643, for a front setback variance as per Section 1207 of the Franklin Township 1995 Zoning Ordinance as Amended. The applicant is seeking to construct a single story addition at that location.
